Ben became interested in the Vipulananda Orphanage Appeal through a group of friends. In September of this year he travelled with two of that group to eastern Sri Lanka to document a trip to help highlight the continued plight of this area and the need for sustainable support

The pictures on this website represent a return to a simpler photographic method. Using larger format cameras, they are shot predominantly on 35mm and are designed as a document of the children and the country in which they live - Sri Lanka
